With the start of the Press conference Suriname, SurIndia Glamour & the IFC officially start the kick off of the Miss India World Wide 2012 Pageant. This year Suriname was chosen because Mr. Dharmatma Saran, Chairman and Founder of the IFC, had attended Miss India Suriname several times and was very impressed with the organization SurIndia Glamour. The IFC is the pioneer organization in conducting Indian pageants and fashion shows in the USA and worldwide. Since the start of this pageant 22 years ago in 1990 it has been called:
“The most glamorous Indian function in the world.”
For the first time in History the Miss India World Wide pageant is making its debut in Suriname & simultaneously in the South American continent.
Miss India World Wide is a week long Event with International fashion show, Bollywood film festival, Talent show, public appearances and off course the Main event Miss India World Wide 2012. The Miss India World Wide 2012 Talent Night will be held on Thursday February the 23rd & The Main event will be held on Saturday February the 25th. The excitement around the International renowned Pageant is really building up as more and more Guests arrive in Surname for the Show.
In short its all very exciting news, lets face it, its not everyday you hear that the most glamorous Indian function in the world comes to Suriname. Thanks in part by the hard work put in by the SurIndia Glamour organization, producing six very successful Miss India Suriname Pageants. President of SurIndia Glamour Anil Ramhitdoebe was thrilled to Welcome and present the Miss India World Wide 2012 organization to Suriname.
The only question now is will Miss India World Wide be back in Suriname in the Future? IFC Chairman Mr. Dharmatma Saran states that Suriname will not be forgotten in the future but 42 countries also deserve the chance to host this wonderful event.
